Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, maintain, and monitor store related all administrative and technical activities.
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in best possible way.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
∎ Has though knowledge and hands-on experience on store management as per ISO standard and reputed buyers' COC e.g. H&M, Walmart, Costco, Primark, ALDI etc
∎ Keeping record of all incoming and issued items.
∎ Fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
∎ Capable of e-mail corresponding independently.
∎ Issuing items to various departments and individuals based on requirement/ requisition slip.
∎ Reconciliation of items after every order is shipped.
∎ Keeping record of consumption / averages provided by merchants and technical team.
∎ Checking stock for items in regular interval and report it to respective person for reorder of finished out items.
∎ Implementing 5S in stores (arranging and keeping items such a way that required items are easily find out)
∎ Follow factory standard procedures for issuing goods to other departments.
∎ Generate item requirements note in advance to ensure essential items are in stock.
∎ Monitor Bond related Issue and ensure safety and security of bonded warehouse.
∎ Monitor, control, and report monthly item-wise Inventory of all materials and carry out physical periodical checks by counting stock.
∎ Ensure proper storage of all raw materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical and Spare Parts using FIFO/ LIFO as per the laid down procedure.
∎ Ensure record and storage of scrap and wastage goods and arrange for the safe disposal of the same.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good temperament and social ability.
