Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for store management & Prepare and establish store policy & SOP and review within particular time period.
∎ Ensure goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety, and security within the store.
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance & operation of warehouse in Garments Factory and Responsible for planning, developing and implementing overall Material control activities regarding Warehouse (Accessories, Fabrics and Spare parts) includes Leftover/wastage store.
∎ Ensure to maintain proper reconciliation of materials for both issue & stock along with records.
∎ Ensure to maintain all required documents properly such as; gate pass, all types of challan, invoice, test standard, certificate etc.
∎ Provide the required support and help all team members to perform their activities perfectly, Monitoring the housekeeping and Safety issues of entire store area.
∎ Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels and anticipating customer demand.
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Highly knowledgeable about FIFO, Lean, Store Compliance.
∎ Receive materials from local/foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval document in JIT (Just in Time).
∎ Contact with Commercial department & Transport dept. for Export delivery.
∎ Preparing Report -Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, and Yearly according to inventory flow movement and submit to Proper authority.
∎ To arrange, monitor and management of all accessories for smooth store operations and production support.
∎ To coordinate procurement and other departments as per requirement.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Modern Store Management Knowledge is required.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Store system & it's SOP.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Must have knowledge of computer literacy.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ The applicants must have sharp knowledge about Inventory.
∎ Excellent decision making, problem solving and inter-personal skills
