Responsibilities & Context:
Lead overall merchandising operations for the denim category.
Develop business strategy, manage key buyers, and secure new orders.
Approve costing, pricing, and ensure profitability.
Oversee sourcing strategy for fabric, trims, and washing.
Ensure on-time production, capacity planning, and shipment.
Lead cross-functional coordination (production, QA, commercial, supply chain).
Ensure compliance with buyer quality and regulatory standards.
Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and manage the merchandising team.
Analyze business performance and report to top management.
