Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Mechanical Maintenance, Strong leadership and team management skill.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & direct due diligence efforts with internal team, local jurisdictions, external consultants and supervise the all-work activities are on schedule and within budget.
∎ Execute timely operational plans and align the team to achieve departmental goals. Plan and supervise scheduled/ preventive/ break down maintenance of process machinery and related to other machineries.
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials. Submit annual/monthly budget for Maintenance purpose of Mechanical Dept. Co-ordinate with Production dept. & ensure smooth operation of plant.
∎ To supervise / Monitor repairs, installation & commissioning of old and new machinery.
∎ Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize machinery performance, minimize downtime, and enhance overall productivity.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement within the mechanical department.
∎ Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and best practices to create a safe working environment.
∎ Preparing and managing the mechanical department budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
∎ Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of working experience in Team leader/ Managerial role.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Honest, dynamic, dedicated and responsible individuals are desired in the company.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and the willingness to work in any situations.
Salary: Tk. 90000 - 110000 (Monthly)
