Job Responsibilities:
∎ To run factory administration smoothly and facilitate adequate support to factory operation for objective driven outcomes
∎ To ensure optimum utilization of manpower
∎ To do hands on job analysis in order to prepare an efficient workforce planning
∎ To conduct high quality recruitment within time frame and maintain strong network for hunting resources
∎ To ensure full compliance of the factory as per local regulations and buyer’s requirement
∎ To maintain effective industrial relation, employee engagement, conflict management and grievance handling.
∎ To maintain effective public relations and liaison with regulatory bodies, local administrations of government, law enforcement and local influential.
∎ To look after employee welfare, health, safety, security and environment of the factory
