Sales & Customer Service

• Achieve daily sales targets including conversion, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Provide personalized service, styling suggestions, and resolve customer complaints.
• Train staff on product knowledge, customer handling, and grooming standards.

Store Operations

• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store and maintain showroom readiness.
• Supervise fitting rooms, cash counters, and POS systems efficiently.
• Manage discounts, gift vouchers, and promotional offers.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Conduct daily stock checks, refills, and verification of new arrivals.
• Maintain stock accuracy and ensure secure storage of premium items

Team Management

• Prepare weekly staff schedules and monitor performance.
• Conduct daily team briefings, motivate team members, and ensure discipline.
• Reward good performance and provide guidance for improvement.

Visual Merchandising & Branding

• Update showroom displays, mannequins, window dressing, and promotional signage.
• Maintain brand image through cleanliness, lighting, fragrance, and music.

Administration & Reporting

• Prepare daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and bank deposits.
• Submit weekly sales and stock reports to Head Office.
• Manage petty cash and expense records.

Policy & Security

• Ensure compliance with store policies, including return/exchange and staff behavior.
• Prevent theft through CCTV monitoring and bag checking.
• Maintain store security and cleanliness at all times.

Customer Experience & Showroom Ambience

• Control showroom fragrance, lighting, music, and temperature.
• Ensure brand-standard packaging, bags, and tags are used.
• Handle customer complaints with patience and escalate when necessary.
