∎ Minimum 2-5 years of experience in stock/inventory management, preferably in the textile, garments, or manufacturing industry.
∎ Proficiency in inventory software & Microsoft Excel.
∎ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
∎ Knowledge of fabric types, warehouse management, and supply chain processes.
∎ Excellent communication & leadership skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Inventory Management: Maintain and monitor stock levels of raw materials & ready goods to ensure accurate tracking and control.
∎ Store Operations: Oversee warehouse organization, storage, and safety for efficient stock handling.
∎ Material Procurement: Coordinate with suppliers & vendors to ensure timely material availability and quality control.
∎ Order Fulfillment & Dispatch: Manage packing, order processing, and dispatch planning for on-time delivery.
∎ Reporting & Analysis: Prepare stock reports, audit records, and inventory trend analysis to optimize stock efficiency.
