Responsibilities & Context:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
- Doing Invoice generate by using logistics CRM software.
- Liaise and negotiate with Clients and customer.
- Keep track of delivery parcel and Return Parcel.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints from clients and customer.
- Talking directly to the clients/customer on the phone about the issue.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
