∎ 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, with a strong focus on Corporate (B2B) Sales.
∎ Prior experience in the Health Tech, Medical Software, or Technology Solutions industry will be a strong advantage.
∎ B2C sales experience is a plus and required as needed.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Corporate Sales (B2B Focus): Build and manage relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, corporate health organizations, and other potential business clients to promote our software solutions. Identify and pursue B2B business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
∎ Client Visits & Presentations: Conduct regular visits to corporate offices, and healthcare sectors to present and demonstrate our software solutions.
∎ Lead Generation: Conduct market research, networking, and utilize various channels to identify potential customers and business opportunities in both B2B and B2C segments.
∎ Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop, execute, and manage strategic sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Take ownership of achieving individual and team sales goals.
∎ Proposal Development & Client Proposals: Prepare customized business proposals based on client needs, product features, and market insights. Negotiate and close deals effectively to maximize profitability.
∎ Meeting Scheduling: Schedule and attend meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients to showcase software features and solutions.
∎ Relationship Building: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
∎ Market Feedback & Reporting: Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to improve offerings and sales strategies.
∎ We are looking for a passionate, self-driven, and target-oriented Sr. Sales Executive (Sales & Marketing) to join our dynamic team at Eminence Health Software Solutions. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in Corporate Sales (B2B) within the HealthTech or Software industry. You will also handle B2C sales as required to achieve overall revenue targets.
