Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Pharmacy / BBA or MBA Major in Marketing/HRM from reputed public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and assess the training needs of the managerial & Sales employees through performance analysis and in consultation with Business Head & Head of Training.
∎ Develop individualized and group training programs that ACI Pharma & ACI Consumer Brands business needs.
∎ Develop soft skill training manuals that are targeted tangible results.
∎ Conduct effective and purposeful training methods.
∎ Evaluate performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
∎ Be able to use modern technologies to develop, manage and deliver training.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Candidates having (4-5) Years of experience in Training and Development / Marketing with Group of Companies or FMCGs or Pharmaceuticals will be preferred
∎ Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skill
∎ Proficient in MS Office package especially in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
