∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have good technical knowledge on sweaters
∎ Follow up with the technical and merchandising departments for understanding on respective orders
∎ Follow up the running order's quality issues and give the guide line to the factory responsible.
∎ Should ensure the quality of garments both in bulk and sample stage
∎ Monitor the whole quality process of the assigned factory.
∎ Ultimate responsible person for factory quality controlling the process from buyer end.
∎ Work closely with factory key personnel on sampling and sewing areas to ensure delivery dates.
∎ Ensure that product confirm the required quality requirements and timely execution.
∎ Ensure the factory sends daily production update accurately to concerned merchant team.
∎ Should be able to communicate with Factory and the Customer in technical areas
∎ Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process, implement buyer's every work manual & follow the quality standard to the production factory.
∎ Send final inspection report to buying-house, reporting boss, send a report to factory and buyer top management in critical quality and inspection issue.
∎ Check size set and provide necessary comments, pattern amendments and proceed to Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) after size set approval.
∎ Check the first bundle with factory team as per buyer's SOP and correct line to proceed bulk.
∎ Check factory QC records, conduct daily inline inspection and measurement check and solve production issues.
∎ Monitor production and provide technical support to the QC team and Production Units when needed, to ensure quality standard and specifications.
∎ Should be capable to perform in line and final inspections
∎ Should have experience in handling 3rd party inspections
∎ Provide training and education to the quality & production personnel, maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the buyer specifications.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
