∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ At least 10 years relevant experience in a similar position preferably from a reputed buying office or factory/ composite units.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Knit & Woven, fabric inspection, pattern amendments, Quality Control/Audit, basics on printing, embroidery and washing, risk analysis, pre-production, Production, Quality Control/Audit, Quality Inspection.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
∎ IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and develop an effective team of QA, QC and technical staff who are responsible for all quality related assignments/issues.
∎ Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with audit and pre inspection team.
∎ Develop and improve existing QC systems to meet the international standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications.
∎ Control and ensure quality of sewing, finishing, packing as per customers' precondition.
∎ Develop and implement quality plans at every stage of raw material receipts for manufacturing.
∎ To determine and document any areas that may need improvement.
∎ Thorough knowledge on quality system.Continuous quality improvement, discover root cause & work on waste control.
∎ Ensuring product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎ Check daily reports and analyze and feedback for corrective and productive action.
∎ Supervise subcontract related garments production and quality.
∎ Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising and production, planning, CAD, and other departments.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
