Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in working spinning mills will get preference., Quality (Spinning Mills), Spinng, Spinning Production

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set the workers in each shift to operate the machine for on time production.
∎ Monitor lot and count to avoid mixing and mix the raw cotton according to the chart of quality standard.
∎ Prepare report on machine shutdown time, machine trouble, and production losses.
∎ Monitor doffing time to meet the target of the production and colour wise bobbin setting.
∎ Monitor all the machine and section properly to keep it neat and clean. Manage all the material on the floor to avoid mixing.
∎ Manage urgent and critical situations and provide decisions or report to higher authority.
∎ Monitor wastage to reduce cost.
∎ Assist APO and Floor supervisor to execute and evaluate staff performance, new recruitment, promotion, disciplinary matters, and training needs.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Additional Requirements:

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 28000 (Monthly)

At present the Group has almost 155000 spindles of spinning capacity producing different types of cotton, synthetic and blended yarn with annual production of 30000 MT of yarn. The Group is awaiting completion of expansion in the form of FSML unit-2, amounting US$ 22.0 Million which will add another 48000 spindles and enable the Group to produce the value added product and cater to the fancy yarn demand. In addition the apparel production capacity of SKCL a concern of the Group is 35.76 million pcs garments.

The industries of Saiham Group are all located in Saihamnagar, some 135 Km North East of Capital Dhaka. It is surrounded by the lush green tea gardens and has the road and rail linking with the whole country. Mostly all of the entities has their own Captive Power Generation as Habigonj Gas Field one of the largest Gas Field in Bangladesh is 7 km away from the locality. Moreover, quiet a few new Gas Field has recently been discovered and awaiting drilling/distribution. In all the area is situated between a good gas reserve and Gas Field. Moreover, there is also the Rural Electrification Board, which is giving away electricity connection for domestic and industrial usage. There is also a Post Office, Primary and High School within the locality and also a College/University within 10 minutes drive from the locality.
