Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Documentation, plotting, review and analysis of existing company processes and procedures to recommend a more optimal approach using scientific and mathematical methodologies.
∎ Maintain SMV calculation of every style for CM calculation, Daily efficiency report and target calculation.
∎ Analyze production data and maintain them.
∎ Implement & maintain 5S for visual workplace management.
∎ Analyze Variance, BOM teams and Sourcing toward improving internal and vendor reporting.
∎ Assist with identification and resolution of gaps in reporting in across facilities.
∎ Monitor transactions and work order aging cases to discover reporting gaps.
∎ Lead efforts to develop reporting process for manufacturing processes.
∎ Develop management control systems.
∎ Provide Training to the staffs.
