Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing, implementing and managing an organization’s compliance standard.
∎ Preparing and presenting clear and concise compliance reports to the Department Head.
∎ Train all employees on all safety awareness issues; maintain all kinds of training records.
∎ Coordinating efforts related to audits, reviews, and examinations.
∎ Program Prepare and keep the documentation related to audit and compliance.
∎ Counseling employees about Brand/Audit Requirements & Develop the requirement.
∎ Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
∎ To monitor the floor for checking all kinds of compliance issues, grievances & Housekeeping.
∎ To motivate/Train the employees for maintaining all kinds of personal safety & Compliance Issues.
∎ To aware the employees regarding health and safety issues.
∎ Ensure the factories are compliance with social ethics & health and safety requirements, etc.
∎ To find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory. Conduct internal audit in the light of Labor Law, Factory Rules buyers COC & other national & international legal instruction.
∎ Monitor compliance certification BSCI, C-TPAT, SEDEX, SCAN, WRAP, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, ACCORD/RSC & ALLIANCE /NIRAPON , SLCP, FSC, GRS, OCS, ISO etc. and handle their different type of audits with requirements.
∎ Observing Accord/RSC /Alliance/Nirapon (fire, electrical & structural) standards for creating a safe working place.
∎ Maintain Nirapon 90 days monitoring Report.
∎ Communicate, maintain, handle and implement all social audits whether buyer & certification/membership audits as
∎ Maintain every compliance mechanism/tool internally; through weekly, monthly and yearly comparative statistical reports & tools.
∎ Formation of WWA, safety, Canteen, WPC, and update the different types of committee meeting minutes as well.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
