Responsibilities & Context:
Audit Responsibilities.
Perform comprehensive internal audits of financial statements, inventory, and compliance with industry regulations within the garments sector.
Analyze and validate financial Data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established accounting standard.
Petty Audit of All Petty Bill and projects expenses on regular basis.
Review and follow up the internal audit schedule as set by the supervisor evaluate.
Check Bill vouchers, and all other and all other related documents to proper record keeping.
Conduct physical inventory of the goods with the stock report as per management instruction & prepare the inventory report and submit to the head of department.
Any other task assigned by management.
Costing Responsibilities.
Maintain pre-costing and post-costing database.
Conduct order/style-wise pre-costing, post costing, variance analysis with reasons and provide recommendations for minimizing variance.
Order wise raw materials consumption, productivity, efficiency and profitability analysis.
Maintain cut to ship related all kinds of info and provide necessary info to Management.
Stock valuation and guide Management as required.
