Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist Employee Relation related task.
∎ Need to draft letter in Bangla or English (Disciplinary, show cause, etc)
∎ Assist to prepare Increment Sheet / Promotion sheet (Management/Non-Management Staff).
∎ Employee Personal File Management (Regular Staff, Expat Staff, Foreign Staff).
∎ Input necessary information in HRMIS of all personal file.
∎ Assist to recruit the right people at the right place by maintaining proper recruitment policies & procedures.
∎ Any other task given by the department Head/Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
