Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Nursing or Medical Assistant/Masters in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and verify health care expense bills
∎ Assist employees on hospitalizations and medical bill submission process
∎ Communicate/visit hospitals/clinics to verify the authenticity of submitted bills
∎ Arrange periodical meeting of the Medical Support Committee to approve bills
∎ Prepare all associated memos, minutes, notes, reports linked with health care bills
∎ Coordinate Annual/Pre-employment Health Check-up process
∎ Perform employee relation activities, conduct employee orientation program etc.
∎ Update employee inclusion/exclusion record for insurance and settle insurance claims

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office suits (e.g. Word, Excel, Bangla Typing etc.)

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
