Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs across departments, focusing on skill gaps and operational efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with department heads and supervisors to prioritize training requirements.
∎ Develop and implement competency-based training programs tailored to production staff, office employees, and management teams.
∎ Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions.
∎ Customize training content for both technical skills (e.g., sewing, finishing processes) and soft skills (e.g., leadership, communication).
∎ Track and analyze training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance reviews.
∎ Maintain detailed records of training participation, completion rates, and outcomes for reporting and audit purposes.
∎ Design career development pathways, mentorship programs, and leadership development plans for high-potential employees.
∎ Support the implementation of performance improvement plans linked to training interventions.
∎ Ensure all training programs comply with national labor laws, international standards, and factory policies.
∎ Promote adherence to health and safety standards through targeted training initiatives.
∎ Liaise with external training providers, industry experts, and educational institutions to enhance training offerings.
∎ Act as a key point of contact for external audits related to employee development and training.
∎ Assist in preparing and managing the annual training budget.
∎ Monitor costs to ensure training programs are delivered efficiently within budget constraints.
∎ Introduce and manage e-learning platforms and digital tools to deliver training content effectively.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and innovative training techniques to continually enhance program quality.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
∎ Professional certification in Training & Development or related discipline is preferred.
∎ Minimum of 3-5 years in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or export-oriented industry.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
∎ Proficiency in using training management software and digital learning platforms.
∎ Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness from business perspectives.
∎ Result focused and ability to management multiple training courses simultaneously without compromising end-to-end training services within the organization.
∎ Position Overview
∎ The Senior Officer of Employee Training and Development will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee capabilities to align with the strategic goals of the leather handbag manufacturing and exporting factory. This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that foster skill development, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ (1) Training Needs Assessment:
