Responsibilities & Context:
Receive materials as per supplier challan and approved work order, ensuring quantity and quality verification.
Inform the concerned department promptly after receiving materials.
Process and return rejected materials to suppliers with proper documentation and approval.
Conduct physical inventory verification every three (3) months for General and Civil items.
Prepare scrap challans and gate passes as per company procedures.
Maintain store cleanliness, proper housekeeping, and ensure regular monitoring.
Follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) method while issuing materials from the store.
Record Store Requisitions (SR) and Issue Notes in the stock ledger/system as per standard procedure.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal control policies.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
