Responsibilities & Context:
  • Recruitment and staffing: Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

  • Onboarding and orientation: Ensuring new employees are properly introduced to the organization, its policies, and procedures.

  • Training and development: Co-ordinating employee training programs and identifying opportunities for professional development on Head office and Liaison office.

  • Performance management: Overseeing the performance appraisal process, providing feedback to employees, and facilitating performance improvement plans if necessary.

  • Employee relations: Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

  • HR policy development and implementation: Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Office management: Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor management.

  • Administrative support: Providing administrative support to executives and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements.

  • Record keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to employees, finances, and other administrative matters.

  • Document management: Managing documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

  • Office policies and procedures: Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a safe working environment.

  • Training and awareness: Providing training and raising awareness among employees about compliance obligations and best practices.
