1. The ideal candidate must have strong project management skills and be familiar with industry standards and regulations.
2. They must also be able to coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, while also managing teams of workers.
3. Must have capabilities to understand and operate CAD and proficiency in Excel.
4. Should be able to join immediately after Eid Ul Adha Holiday.

Affan Interlinings Limited is looking for a young and energetic site engineer who can manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently with high quality standard.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising all the construction work going on being continuously present on site.
2. Managing the day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
3. Be present during loading-unloading of goods, materials etc. and keep record.
4. Monitoring the progress for completion of work on time and ensuring the quality of work going on.
5. Coordinating with the procurement team and ensure smooth supply of building materials.
6. Keeping check on requisitions .
7. Ensuring full coordination between management, contractor & architecture team.
8. Reporting the management time to time.
