Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA (HRM).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, payroll management, Performance & Career Management, PMS (KPI), Training & Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to prepare/ develop / update Organogram for different departments / units and make man power mapping.
∎ Recruitment, Selection & Placement of employees.
∎ Execute & finalize yearly performance management and analyze the employees performance with previous years.
∎ Responsible for verification & reconciliation of monthly payroll.
∎ Solve payroll issues raised from field level.
∎ Responsible for preparing and updating the job description for employees.
∎ Prepare different types of payroll reports.
∎ Conduct yearly self employee assessment program, conduct interview and finalize the report.
∎ Prepare monthly Payroll and Employee Database.
∎ Work closely with various departments/units in a coordinating role, assist line managers to understand and implement related policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain liaison with factory HR & Admin personnel regarding day to day factory issues and coordinate.
∎ Execute all kind of staff transition related work as per management discretion.
∎ Conduct exit interview of outgoing employee and prepare report for management.
∎ Prepare yearly increment, promotion letter and letter for appreciation and improvement employees performance.
∎ Perform with various analysis (competency/skills, gap analysis and TNA) of employees.
∎ Prepare reports on HR according to management needs.
∎ Look after Employee Relations affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
∎ Prepare final settlement paper for outgoing workers.
∎ Any other business assigned by management or line supervisor/Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Ability to work in team. Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skill, Computer Skill, Good skill in report writing, Able to prioritize, plan and organize the schedule work, good numeric data analytical skill on spread sheet. Sound knowledge about Microsoft visio.
