Experience:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
PGD in Compliance.
Must have practical experience in various audits.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 (BLA-2006) and Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 (BLR-2015).
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Must have audit knowledge of BSCI, Better Work, RSC, WRAP, SEDEX, HIGG FEM.
Prior experience working with reputed buyers such as H&M, C&A, TJX, Sports master etc.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must ensure 100% implementation of buyers’ Codes of Conduct (COC).
Work experience in a well-known and reputed factory is required.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor company Compliance policies in accordance with local labor laws and buyers’ Codes of Conduct (COC).
Ensure compliance of the factory with both ethical and technical standards; conduct internal and external audits; arrange regular training and awareness programs on social compliance.
Assist in implementing ISO, technical, environmental, security, and RSC requirements.
Conduct awareness training sessions for employees as per the training schedule and monitor the monthly training calendar of subordinates.
Prepare, review, and update Compliance, and other policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with legal requirements and buyer COCs.
Maintain and ensure timely renewal of all required licenses, certificates, and permits as per legal requirements.
Supervise, guide, and monitor the activities of Compliance & Welfare teams, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability.
Oversee compliance activities and establish factory Codes of Conduct in line with buyer requirements.
Prepare the factory for upcoming audits such as BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, BetterWork, HIGG Social & Environmental, OCS, RCS, GRS, RSC, and other social, technical, and environmental audits.
Follow up and close pending NCs (non-compliances), prepare CAP (Corrective Action Plan) reports, update buyers on CAP progress, and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate environmental sustainability initiatives including water saving, energy efficiency, and waste management.
Ensure proper implementation of local labor laws, ILO conventions, and buyer COCs within the factory.
Handle disciplinary actions, grievance issues, counseling, and worker motivation in compliance with local law.
Liaise with government and non-government agencies such as Bangladesh Police, Labor Department, BGMEA, consulting firms, audit firms/auditors, and the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE).
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management and provide regular updates on major compliance issues.
