∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Diploma in social compliance is preferable.

∎ Must have experience to work as a Sr. Officer Compliance.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and Amendment Act 2013,2018,2022 is must.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Accord & Alliance standard.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.Good Communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Must have experience to work as a Sr. Officer Compliance.

∎ Should have sound knowledge in Accord & Alliance standard.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure appropriate conductance among all by introduction and effective implementation of HR Policy, Labor Law Guidelines, Factory Policy, Buyer COC, different Compliance and safety issues according to ILO, Accord and Alliance Standard.
∎ Ensure proper communication, execute or orientation, awareness, training program on rules and regulation, compliance & health & safety (Fire, Electrical, Building, Environmental and Chemical)Establish a full functional and effective fire safety management system and comply safety standards, plan and procedure.
∎ Facing buyer audits, and third-party audits regarding Social and environmental requirements by coordinating with the buyer team occasionally and preparing documentation for the buyer's CAP.
∎ Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with a target date line against audit reports for Buyer.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all compliance-related activities, audits, and inspections.
∎ Prepare and submit compliance reports to relevant authorities and stakeholders. Update in the portal as per Buyer guideline.
∎ To maintain and monitor different files, deeds, documents, registers, drawings, designs, etc. with proper maintenance and record keeping system.
∎ To assist regular induction system, exit interview, buddy system, route cause analysis of related issues, reduce absenteeism, turnover, proper housekeeping, sanitation, gardening, cleaning, hygiene management, security system according to C-TPAT, SCAN, etc.
∎ To receive and follow the instructions passed by the top management, buyer, government and others for the Company.
∎ Initiate any other task assigned by the management.
∎ We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Officer - Compliance to join our HR & Compliance team. Monitors all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management platform to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
