∎ Good Command in English (Spoken & Written).
∎ Should have good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Lead, coordinate and support all activities of system audits; Prepare and maintain Audit documentation. To coordinate and support factory heads to improve day to day Compliance & Environmental Management system. To develop a continuing improvement system for all Environment requirements.
∎ · Conducting internal audits to assess compliance with sustainability practices and writing comprehensive reports with evidence and pictures.· Supporting the conduct of verifications such as HIGG, SLCP, and social audits such as WRAP, BSCI, and Brand audits.
∎ · To find out the non-compliance issue by daily floor visit & internal audit in the factory.
∎ · Ensure factory compliance in areas of local labor standards, health and work safety and environmental protection at factory premises.
∎ · Ensure Compliance of the internal activities according to environmental code of practice.
∎ · Report storing, Data analyzing, root cause analyzing, follow up, monitoring & regular training on safe chemical management.
∎ · Ensure proper chemical storage, labeling, secondary containment and safe use.
∎ · Ensure safety of all chemical process and products in the company and also keep the premises free from all chemical toxicities.
∎ · Conduct awareness training programs to workers along with top managements on policy, water savings, Energy savings, Waste reduction, Chemical Handling, Environmental Management System, Buyer's Code of Conduct.
∎ · Maintain chemical inventory sheets and update on regular basis. Ensure external health checkup for all Chemical handling personnel.
∎ · Conduct Environment and Chemical Risk Assessment and confirm CAP.
∎ · Periodically assess air emission, noise level and others environmental aspects.
∎ · Maintain EHS Self-Assessment, Chemical Restriction & water self-assessment.
∎ · Regular monitoring of energy consumption, water consumption in the factory premises.
∎ · Setting goal to reduce water use & implement strategies to reach goal.
∎ · Monitoring compliance certification like GRS, EMS, GOTS, OCS, RCS, ISO: 9001 & 14001, FSC, WRAP, SEDEX, CTPAT & monitor all technical audit etc
