Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have verse knowledge on Labor law & rules.
∎ Capable to handle all sorts of COC, Safety, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, SLCP Better Work/ILO, ISO- QMS, GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS, Oeko-tex, Scan audits/auditors independently.
∎ Ensure Compliance on Health & Safety as per legal requirements as well as ACCORD/RSC requirement.
∎ Keep update all policy, procedures, documents, reports, checklist etc. to face the audits efficiently.
∎ Must have good communication skill and capable to prepare CAP as per buyers/Auditors' requirements.
∎ Find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & Internal audit in the factory as well as Subcontract factory and provide guideline to overcome the issues.
∎ Should be self-motivated, motivational capacity, creative and good inter-personnel relationship capacity.
∎ If you do not comply above requirements no need to apply.
