Responsibilities & Context:
A well reputed Buying Office is looking for a potential candidate for "Sr. PD Merchandiser", should have the initiative, drive, and self-motivation to take the challenge to deliver high-quality results on set KPI.
Product development, costing, price negotiation
Responsible for the product design and development as per the buyer`s requirement.
Applicant should have knowledge of end to end PD process.
Close follow up of approval, sample, pre-production, delivery status with factories.
Should have knowledge of color schemes and fabric qualities
Communicate with QC related to product and brief them all the requirements of the buyer.
Responsible for sampling and liaise with the related departments to deliver the product within the desired time frame.
Responsible for costing Able to understand Fabric and Garment technical details as per requirement/ standard (Specially Woven).
Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.
