∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 08 years on Apparels Merchandising/Marketing.
∎ Minimum 2/3 years’ experience as a Sr. Merchandiser.
∎ Sound knowledge in English (Listening, Writing and Speaking) to handle Buyer/Client.
∎ Good knowledge in Computer & Email to Client.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
∎ At least 08 years on Apparels Merchandising/Marketing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To lead and deal with the Buyers independently for all the merchandising activities including order booking, processing, product development, instant price quotation based on customer requirement, negotiation and order follow up.
∎ Arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production by leading a development team effectively.
∎ To ensure sourcing as per business plan & target
∎ To develop merchandise under assigned category
∎ Coordinate with factory team for proper & in time production & shipment.
∎ To follow up running orders, all approvals including samples and accessories, PP meetings, yarn and fabric status in order to start production and on time shipment.
∎ To ensure supplier's PI and other commercial issues with coordinated effort.
∎ To follow with commercial department to ensure all back to back LCs for yarn and related accessories done in due time.
∎ To prepare and maintain time and action plan and execute accordingly to maintain customer delivery date.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and finish work timely.
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
