Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/Masters from any reputed university.
∎ Minimum Graduation - (Textile Chemistry/ Textile Engineering/ Garment Engineering / Chemical Engineering) will be added as advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking & maintaining quality control report as per buyer requirements.
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance/Quality Control of Sweater & Knit.
∎ Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process.
∎ Should have vast experience and strong knowledge in Sweater and Knit.
∎ Should capable to handle different buyer's order independently.
∎ Capable to prepare costing sheet and pricing of Knit & Sweaters.
∎ Capable to Sourcing of Yarns, Fabrics, Trims and Accessories from home and abroad.
∎ Capable to shipment Garments on time, with close production follow-up.
∎ Co-ordinates with production team to deliver on time shipment and ensures merchandisers are updating order status to buyer.
∎ Co-ordinates with Planning Manager to determine/ Fix delivery schedule (Date) and sequence of implementing all order in the line.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ BBA/MBA/Masters from any reputed university.
∎ Minimum Graduation - (Textile Chemistry/ Textile Engineering/ Garment Engineering / Chemical Engineering) will be added as advantage
∎ Must have good knowledge and experience how to control fabric & Yarn quality as per specific requirements.
∎ Must have good knowledge and experience about the quality of knitting.
∎ Must be capable to accomplish the in line and final Inspection.
∎ Must be capable to conduct the final checking of the fabric to verify the required quality by the buyer.
∎ Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to work in a fast working environment.
∎ Pro-active and honest.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both spoken & written English & Bengali.
∎ Interested candidates will be flexible to working hours.
∎ You must be rigorous, organized, open minded, able to work among a team and should have a natural leadership.
Salary: Negotiable
