∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering

∎ Age 40 to 43 years
∎ Masters/Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from SUST/BUET or any other reputed public/private university.
∎ Minimum 7 years job experience in RMG sector of them at least 4/5 years in a Knit Garments manufacturing industry in a reputed group of company.
∎ Vast knowledge in people management, consultancy, counselling, mentoring and problem solving.
∎ Dynamic leadership quality, Strong interpersonal skills, Vibrant personality, very good command in communication skills.
∎ Masters/Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from SUST/BUET or any other reputed public/private university.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare production, productivity & efficiency baseline of the facility and excel them up to the level as agreed by management as per short-, mid- and long-term planning.
∎ Establish, implement and maintain LEAN philosophy & production system for garmenting and textile by implementing all required tools and technics for the same.
∎ Improve the facility man machine ratio and cost per minute relation to its optimum level.
∎ Establish, implement and maintain standard, standard work, standardization for every suitable processes.
∎ Initiate, implement and sustain change for better productivity, efficiency, favorable VA and NVA ratio, behavioral change of the people from top to bottom.
∎ Set the organization KPI as well as departmental KPI and take the leadership to achieve them in agreement with the management.
