• Strong knowledge of dyeing processes, chemicals, and lab testing procedures.

• Hands-on experience with Auto-Dispenser and Spectrophotometer.

• Good understanding of pH control and quality parameters.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation

• Monitor and supervise daily shift operations to ensure smooth production flow.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and execute processes accordingly.

• Coordinate with Manager and cross-functional departments for seamless order execution.

• Review daily lab test reports and take corrective actions where necessary.

• To follow-up machine program & recipe confirmation

• Operate Auto-Dispenser and Spectrophotometer.

• Check chemical preparation, chemical PH, Fabric PH, machine status as a routine base for quality consistency.

• To alert all of the shift people work achievement, Discipline, right environment.
