Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish, implement and maintain a high level of Quality Standards, Standard work, SOP and Manuel.
∎ Develop all the process quality for knit based RMG industry from fabric stage to goods final inspection.
∎ Set factory own standard and to achieve that, AQL which must be stringent than customer allowed AQL. Pre-final inspection pass rate has to set the height possible level and to achieve it. Inspection pass rate should be 100% or close to that level.
∎ Ensure all the required preventive measures that make sure quality assurance, appropriate corrective measures in case of technical issues to be taken with a view to solve any issues.
∎ Establish, implement & maintain all kinds of Quality improving tools & technics in knitted production like root cause analysis, 8D problem solving methods, 6 sigma & Kaizen.
∎ Perform all the quality audits, QMS/ISO 9001;2015, buyers technical audits, product safety audits and others relevant technical audits.
∎ Set a SMART KPI for the Q & A department covering all the areas of SQDE, get it approved by the management, work on continual improvement and to achieve it.
∎ As a team leader lead the Quality Control & Assurance team in a way so that the people gets motivated and displays optimum productivity and efficiency. Encourage and maintain a good succession plan for the Q&A team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Knit factory based job experience in the related field.
∎ Leadership role playing in the senior position/handling team as a team leader.
∎ Factory at Nayapara, Kashimpur, Gazipur.
Salary: Negotiable
