Responsibilities & Context:

• Examine new workers’ age, health and fitness during recruitment.

• Ensure proper treatment of the employees and medical check-up for pregnant workers and childcare baby's regularly.

• Attend patients and visit child care center.

• Prescribe medicine or other advises to the attending patients.

• Ensure overall health and safety issues of the workers and staff periodically.

• Provide training on first aid treatment procedures, pregnant mothers, health & hygiene periodically.

• Maintained daily treatment register, accident & injury register and medicine stock register Checked and verify.

• Documentation of medical records.

• Respond immediately to medical emergencies, provide immediate intervention and stabilize patients when necessary.

• Accurately and comprehensively document patient care activities in the medical record, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Recommend sick leave of the workers and staff according to the company's rules and regulation.

• During compliance audit, duties and responsibilities should be expressed properly in favor of the company to the auditors.

• Any other tasks assigned by management.

• Weekly 6 days duty.
