Responsibilities & Context:
Pattern Development - Develop and digitize garment patterns according to design and technical specifications.
Sample Support - Assist in creating patterns for prototypes and pre-production samples.
Pattern Modification & Optimization - Make pattern adjustments based on fit feedback, design changes, and technical requirements.
Technical Guidance - Provide technical input to designers and product developers regarding construction feasibility.
Pattern Documentation - Maintain organized digital and physical pattern libraries.
