• Basic to strong knowledge of woven garment construction and development process

• Understanding of fabrics, trims, washing, and finishing preferred

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage woven garment product development from sampling to order confirmation

• Communicate with buyers regarding development progress, costing, and technical requirements

• Follow up proto, fit, and approval samples ensuring timeline compliance

• Coordinate with design, sourcing, sample room, and production teams

• Prepare costing and feasibility analysis

• Monitor development calendar and ensure on-time execution
