Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the end-to-end design function for garment accessories including labels, tags, trims, and packaging.
Translate buyer requirements into innovate, production-ready design solutions.
Ensure accuracy of artworks(layout, color, size, and specifications) before final approval.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Production, and Offset Printing teams to ensure seamless execution.
Oversee sample development and ensure on-time submission aligned with buyer expectation.
Maintain strict quality control to ensure consistency between approved design and final output.
Review and approve all design files prior to bulk production.
Communicate effectively with buyers for approvals, modifications, and feedback management.
Lead, mentor, and develop the design team to enhance creativity and productivity.
Identify and resolve design-related issues during production and printing stages.
Ensure proper documentation, version control, and archive of all design assets.
Stay updated with industry trends, printing techniques, and design tools to drive continuous improvement.
