Responsibilities & Context:
A 100% export-oriented leading woven garments manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic professional to join our merchandising team.
· Act as the primary point of contact between the company and international buyers, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of all requirements.
· Manage the end-to-end merchandising process including order follow-up, production planning, and shipment scheduling.
· Ensure product quality, pricing, and delivery strictly meet buyer expectations and global standards.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
· Monitor market trends, fashion directions, and competitor activities to support product development aligned with buyer demand.
· Handle costing and price negotiations with a focus on profitability and competitiveness.
· Coordinate closely with design and production teams to ensure accurate execution of buyer requirements.
· Prepare reports, analysis, and presentations for internal management and buyer review meetings.
· Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to development, production, and shipment.
