🔹 What We’re Looking For

·        Experience: 7–10 years in a Buying Office or garment factory (Buying Office background preferred).

🔹 Technical Skills:

·        In-depth knowledge of garment sewing operations and sewing techniques.

·        Strong understanding of inline quality control processes and garment factory sewing workflows.

·        Familiarity with quality systems and procedures in garment manufacturing.

·        Good knowledge of fabrics, threads, trims, and needles.

·        Basic understanding of pattern adjustment is preferred.

·        Ability to proactively identify issues, apply analytical thinking, and provide quick, effective solutions

·        Problem-Solver: Quick thinker with analytical skills to spot issues and deliver effective solutions.

·        Communication Pro: Fluent in English, clear in feedback, proactive in follow-ups.

·        Personal Traits: Honest, disciplined, punctual, and committed to excellence.
