Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the merchandising team, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity

• Handle direct communication and maintain strong relationships with international buyers

• Manage order development, costing, and sampling processes efficiently

• Coordinate with factories, production teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations

• Monitor production progress, quality standards, and shipment timelines

• Ensure timely execution of all orders by following the critical path.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with buyers and vendors

• Identify and proactively resolve production or supply chain issues.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and company policies

• Prepare and maintain all merchandising-related documentation and reports

• Analyze market trends and explore opportunities for business growth

• Collaborate with design and product development teams for new product initiatives

• Train, mentor, and evaluate merchandising team members

• Handle claims, complaints, and ensure proper resolution
