  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–8+ years of experience in quality management within a woven garments factory.

  • Strong knowledge of woven product construction, fabrics, and finishing processes.

  • Hands-on experience with AQL, 4-point fabric inspection system, and quality tools.

  • Familiarity with international buyers' quality standards.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Good communication skills in English and Bangla.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities in our woven garment manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure that products meet international quality standards and buyer requirements while driving continuous improvement across production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and SOPs for woven garments.

·       Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, AQL standards, and international quality benchmarks.

·       Lead and manage the QA & QC team, including line quality, in-line, and final inspection teams.

·       Monitor production processes to identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

·       Conduct pre-production meetings (PPM) and provide technical guidance to production teams.

·       Ensure proper fabric, trims, and accessories inspection before bulk production.

·       Oversee in-line, mid-line, and final inspections to ensure consistent product quality.

·       Coordinate with merchandising, production, and technical teams to resolve quality-related issues.

·       Analyze quality data and generate reports (DHU%, defects, root cause analysis, etc.).

·       Ensure compliance with social, ethical, and safety standards (as per buyer requirements).

·       Handle buyer audits and inspections and ensure successful outcomes.

·       Train and develop team members on quality standards and inspection techniques.

·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
