Responsibilities & Context:

  1. To know and understand the company’s Quality Policy and follow/relate it with daily work.

  2. Responsible for implementing and ensuring all quality requirements as per customer demand and international standards.

  3. Responsible for ensuring quality compliance requirements.

  4. Responsible for implementing and sustaining all requirements of home apparel brands like IKEA, H&M, M&S, and others.

  5. Responsible for ensuring the calibration of all IMT, S tools, machines, and devices used within the designated area.

  6. Provide approval of working samples (cut to pack) in alignment with customer-approved samples.

  7. Review product requirements or specifications (TED, drawings/images, packing requirements, product specifications) and ensure proper delegation of working instructions from confectioning to packaging.

  8. Verify MSA and attribute agreement for QA & QC inspectors and communicate accordingly to the concerned personnel.

  9. Responsible for SPC through process normality, stability, and capability analysis.

  10. Work on continual quality improvement by leading RTY projects for selected articles.

  11. Responsible for conducting pre-production meetings and maintaining records for every new design.

  12. Develop a yearly training calendar and ensure the execution of required technical training for the department as per TNA and the calendar.

  13. Lead internal RQS and final inspection teams and coordinate accordingly.

  14. Responsible for ensuring all required inspections from cutting to packing as per customer requirements.

  15. Lead the AQ product development team and ensure the reflection of all customer requirements in submitted samples within the due timeline.

  16. Responsible for handling all administrative issues related to development.

  17. Develop and ensure the required competence of the team.

  18. Obey and implement instructions from senior officials and the head of the department.Instruction of the senior officials & head of the department.
