1. Plan, organize, and supervise embroidery production activities to meet daily and monthly targets.

2. Ensure embroidery quality meets buyer standards and specifications.

3. Coordinate with merchandising, planning, and production teams for smooth workflow.

4. Monitor machine efficiency, downtime, and take corrective actions.

5. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

6. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.

7. Supervise sampling and development work as per buyer requirements.

8. Ensure timely troubleshooting of technical issues related to embroidery machines and designs.

9. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.

10. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

11. Lead, train, and develop team members to improve performance.
