Responsibilities & Context:
Handle buyer communication and maintain strong relationships
Attend and manage buying meetings
Follow up orders from development stage to shipment
Manage sampling process (development, fit, and approval samples)
Coordinate with sourcing team for raw materials (fabric, trims, accessories)
Prepare and maintain TNA (Time & Action) plan and ensure timely execution
Monitor bulk production follow-up and resolve issues
Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams
Ensure on-time shipment booking and delivery
Costing, price negotiation, and order confirmation
Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Lead and manage merchandising team effectively
