Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: This position is responsible for ensuring high quality training services and facilitating training programmes on fire safety packages, safety audits and safeguarding (prevention of harassment at workplace) for selected RMG factories.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensures the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Practices, promotes and endorses the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follows the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops / updates training curricula and manuals on workplace safety, safety management systems, safeguarding within the context of decent work.
∎ Develops annual training plans and lead the implementation process.
∎ Conducts training programmes using both on-line and face-to-face option.
∎ Coordinates and monitors over all training implementation activities.
∎ Collects feedbacks from the participants and compile reports for the supervisors and other stakeholders.
∎ Visits factories for new businesses and provide technical supports to the factories as and when required.
∎ Prepares annual procurement plan for training materials, and also coordinate the procurement process in line with the procurement policies.
∎ Contributes to the department budget preparation and coordinate with the other functions of the department for efficient use of time and resources.
∎ Provides coaching and mentoring to the team members for their professional development.

∎ 5-7 years' of experience in relevant field. Experience in RMG sector with demonstrated training curricula development, manual development, training facilitation, implementation and online training programmes will be an added advantage.
