Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and merchandising.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and oversee the end-to-end merchandising process, including order follow-up, production planning, and shipment scheduling.
Ensure product quality, pricing, and delivery meet the buyer’s expectations and standards.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Monitor market trends, fashion forecasts, and competitor strategies to align product development with buyer preferences.
Handle costing and pricing negotiations, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
Collaborate with design and production teams to align collections with buyer requirements.
Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for both internal and buyer reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product development, production, and shipments.
