Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Liaise with BV, UL, and others to align audit expectations and minimize inspection failures.
∎ Lead audits to reduce DHU/OQL; recalibrate and train teams based on external data.
∎ Align with merchandising and customer quality teams on standards and schedules.
∎ Manage DQAs and auditors across locations; plan resources proactively.
∎ Ensure 100% final inspection pass rate, <10% rescreens, and low store claims.
∎ Conduct regular training and calibration for audit consistency.
