• Directly working with buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations, and placements.

• Supervise, coordinate and lead a merchandising team independently and should have vast knowledge on woven garments (Top/Bottom/Jacket).

• Work closely with the design teams to involve in bring Innovations and sustainable products to table.

• Manage client accounts from order inquiry to shipment, inventory, and supply chain planning.

• Co-ordinates with production team to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer.

• Design packs/development sample process for relevant seasons/ phases.

• Sourcing fabrics/trims and innovation development follow-ups.

• Price negotiation and cost finalization with customers.

• Capacity allocations and production follow-ups.

• Shipment process & customer communications.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
