Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strengthen brand & product awareness in Bangladesh market using ATL, BTL ,social media & biking community.
∎ Set marketing and product strategy by regular understanding of changing customer needs & market environment.
∎ Develop & manage marketing activities to achieve sales & brand objectives .
∎ Prepare effective budget planning, executing, benefit measurement and PDCA for continuous improvement.
∎ Contribute to the development of dealers and promoting dealer awareness in their local areas by promotion.
∎ Handle agency and vendor management.
∎ Ensure new model line up planning & survey, PFS training material and spec control.
∎ Build strong Honda brand by using different communication mix.
∎ Improve dealer retail sales conversion with effective In-shop & sales campaign promotion.
∎ Prepare the quarterly budgeting & controlling.
∎ Develop marketing operation quality in all aspects (manpower skill, process, management etc) to achieve optimum customer satisfaction.
