∎ Configure and customize ERP systems to meet the organization's specific needs.
∎ Develop and execute project plans for ERP implementation projects.
∎ Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets.
∎ Provide training and support to end-users on ERP systems.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth implementation process.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues.
